Cost:
$20 per person due by Sat 6/14/2014
Make a check payable to "Cubscout Pack 1238" and mail the check to Greg B. (refer to address info from email sent to pack). Once we receive your check, it is non-refundable. Children 2 or under are free.
The $20 fee includes all day admission to the park, selected drinks (from pitcher), and a choice of pizza (pepperoni/cheese), hamburger, cheeseburger, or hot dog.
Please take a moment to review the sign-up spreadsheet in Google Docs for accuracy (the link was previously emailed to the pack). We will be providing the spreadsheet to the facility when we make the food order. Make any needed changes directly on the spreadsheet. If I left out any family members who want to attend, please add their names and food choice to the end. If you don't know how, please just email Elizabeth P. your choices and she will add them on.
Please RVSP on the Google Docs spreadsheet whether or not you are coming. The link to the Google Doc spreadsheet was sent via email.
The pack will also provide water, cake, and additional pizza up to $200 for everyone. (Note: We booked this as a birthday party so we could have cake-- so when you arrive, tell them you are there for Brandon C.'s party).
