It is interesting to read about what some of the older scouts across the nation have been able to accomplish. Their experiences, adventures, and values were likely grounded in the same Cub Scout program foundation that our Pack 1238 is actively building.
In addition, if Scouts are able to attain the extremely elite Eagle Scout rank, they have the opportunity to apply to participate in unique programs. The World Explorers Program pairs extraordinary Eagles with world-class researchers at sites around the globe and partake in field experiments in places such as the Galapagos Islands, Arctic Circle, Amazon rain forest, and South Africa.
